The camera, a Nikon D40, was low down to almost level with the object. I had to consider the safety of it the flames and wool would become hot. I was going to set the wool on fire to capture the burning and the burnt areas. The wool and flower was placed on glass with a black background. This will be a horizontal/landscape image. With the love and help of friends and family and others they can learn to dispel the anger and depression form the burn so they know that they are normal on the inside and on the outside.
On the inside they are no different than anyone else and should not be judged on there looks. They can become isolated and lonely and can think or try to kill themselves.
